The Vortex Series of stretch-wrapping systems from Orion (Memphis, TN) combines the logic of fully automatic machines with the portability of semi-automatic stretchwrappers.

Uses the Revologic(TM) system, which consists of a PLC and other electronic devices, for exact wrap counting. Uses an Allen-Bradley Micro-Logix(TM) PLC. Multistretch power pre-stretch capabilities deliver the film with consistent force to load levels up to 425%. Film tension may be electronically adjusted.
