Quest, a ProMach product brand, will demonstrate Flexible One, a fully integrated packaging platform that combines primary packaging, secondary packaging, and end-of-line automation into a single coordinated solution, at PACK EXPO International in Booth S-3660.
Featuring Quest’s QX250 robotic case packer and QB321 robotic palletizer, the system addresses key manufacturing challenges including labor shortages, product complexity, floor space limitations, and evolving production demands. The QX250 can handle up to 30 cases and 180 products per minute while accommodating multiple case and flexible package formats, while the QB321 palletizes up to 24 cases per minute and features recipe-driven controls that allow operators to create, store, edit, and recall pallet recipes with ease. The integrated robotics architecture supports rapid changeovers, multiple package formats, and recipe-driven controls that simplify operation while increasing line flexibility and performance.
