Plan It Packaging, an expert in automated packaging equipment and tailored end-of-line solutions, is proud to announce the grand opening of its new 35,000-square-foot facility in Tampa, Florida, now fully operational and open to the public and clients across North America.

The new Tampa location features an extensive in-house demo center, where visitors can experience Plan It’s industry-leading automation technologies up close. From high-speed vertical form fill and sealers to robotic palletizers, flow wrappers, case packing solutions, and more, clients can now see machines in action, run their own product, test samples, and engage in real-time equipment evaluations with Plan It’s expert engineering team.

“We’ve created a space where innovation meets accessibility,” said Jonathan Ballard, Vice President of Plan It Packaging. “This isn’t just a warehouse, it’s a hands-on, solutions-driven hub designed to help clients visualize and validate their automation goals.”

Strategically located near major highways and the Port of Tampa, the new facility enhances logistical efficiency, faster equipment delivery, and improved service coverage throughout the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. The Tampa hub joins Plan It’s growing footprint alongside locations in Las Vegas and Toronto, reinforcing the company’s commitment to responsive support and scalable automation across the continent.

Despite facing delays from last summer’s hurricane season, the Tampa facility is now fully operational and actively supporting customer projects, live demos, and pre-delivery equipment testing.

“We’re proud to open our doors and welcome manufacturers of all sizes to explore what’s possible,” Ballard added. “This expansion is a key step in providing unmatched speed, service, and support for our North American clients.”

Clients and industry partners are encouraged to book a visit to the Tampa demo center and explore Plan It’s full suite of packaging innovations.
