My name is Jesper Hansen. I'm the chairman of the Trepko Group. We're proud to present our new cartonizer here at Pack Expo in Chicago. Our new cartonizer, the seven eighty two, is probably the most compact machine within this field now.
We do sixty cartons per minute, typically used for cartonizing butter sticks into half-pound or one-pound cartons. We have a super fast changeover time of only fifteen minutes, and we have three servos ensuring that everything is operating perfectly coordinated. The open design enables very easy cleaning of the machine and very easy servicing of the machine. The entire drive section is accessible from the back without need for any crawling around in the machine.
We're using Allen Bradley servos. Also, we have had a very good cooperation with Nordson on this machine, who have made specially tailored parts, allowing us to make the machine even more compact.
