The configurations can range from 1-6 flavors and case counts can be from 12 to 96. This Aagard case packer is made for applications where valuable floor space requirements are crucial. It produces stand-up retail-ready display trays and divider sheets. It’s capable of running at rates to 100+/min. Perhaps most notable is that it uses the Rockwell Automation iTRAK System to allow for flexible changeovers, dynamic motion changing between indexing and continuous motion, and independent mover control. Automated recipe generation is handled from a simple HMI interface. Changeover validation helps ensure precise setups and decreases changeover time. Adjustable change parts and easy recipe creation increase plant flexibility for new sizes.

Adjustable change parts and easy recipe creation increase plant flexibility for new sizes. Full cubes of product are received in WIP trays in six depalletizing stations. This allows for up to six different flavors to be processed at a time and permits thousands of flavor combinations.
