Third-party logistics provider Kane Is Able, Scranton, PA, named Brian Glasgow as its new director of campus operations in Scranton, responsible for six distribution centers with more than two million square feet of distribution space. A veteran with more than 25 years of warehousing and distribution experience, Glasgow recently served as director of operations for SIMOS Insourcing Solutions.
Also in December, Kane Is Able announced also that it was named:

Kane is Able specializes in serving consumer packaged goods companies with U.S. distribuition, packaging and transportation.
UPDATE: On January 9, the company announced that Ed Shoemaker has been named senior director of operations, with responsibility for operations at 12 U.S. distribution facilities. He reports to senior vice President of operations, Mike Albert. Shoemaker joined KANE in 2005 and has experience across operations and engineering management. Shoemaker has nearly 30 years of logistics experience and previously served in operational roles at Jacobson Companies, Penske Logistics, and GENCO.
