At only 20.5 ft long, the KC-100F is ideal for contract packagers and companies who rely on fast and accurate packaging but have limited factory space for the size of a typical horizontal cartoner.

Other features of PMI KYOTO’s KC-100F cartoner include quick and simple changeover and product pushers that do not require tools, resulting in reduced downtime. Speeds vary for handload applications; however, the KC-100F can reach speeds of up to 240 cartons/min with automated infeed.

As with all of PMI KYOTO’s packaging machinery, the KC-100F is equipped with an open flap detection and rejection system, as well as no-carton-no product fill controls. A Nordson Problue Flex hot melt system provides additional assurance of seal integrity. The KC-100F is built to last, adheres to Category 3 Safety compliance, is UL approved and is powered by Allen-Bradley featuring ControlLogix with a PanelView HMI and Kinetix servos.
