Uses 2 multi-axis spider robots to locate, inspect, and orient product for high speed nesting into a carton.
Equipped with advanced vision guided robotics, even products with a complex shape can be tightly packed, minimizing packaging materials and maximizing sustainability. A modular design increases throughput and can be configured to top load cartons, cases or trays, in combination or separately, on the same line. Can be configured with FANUC robotic arms or delta style robots, and supplied with case/tray and/or carton erectors and sealers, shrink bundlers, labelers, palletizers and stretch wrappers for a complete, flexible, high-speed end-of-line solution.
