BluePrint Automation: Case packer packs small bags at 130+ BPM

See it at PACK EXPO Booth #C-2439!  A newly engineered case packer with auto-changeover from BluePrint Automation uses 3- and 4-axis Delta robots to pack fragile products such as bags of chips, other snacks and flexible packages, and perform complex pack patterns and/or high speed picking.

The new design simplifies the system mechanically, provides plants with a smaller 4- x 8-ft. footprint and includes a virtually hands-free changeover between different product and case sizes.  Eliminates “fine-tuning” that typically takes place after a changeover and costly change parts (i.e. multiple collation belts, end-effectors and cassettes).
