Labeling Systems : Corner-wrap label applicator

The Model 20.80 utilizes a thermal transfer printer to print the pertinent information to the label. As the label dispenses onto the applicator grid, the box passes through the case taper. The box pushes through the hinged label applicator, which effectively wipes the label from the leading edge down the side edge. Boxes are then removed by an operator for palletizing. The LSI corner wrap applicator features a high volume vacuum fan, making the applicator less prone to clogging as with other vacuum technologies. This feature makes the applicator ideal for dusty environments.
