The CMA Mini Compact intermittent-motion, semi-automatic cartoning machine from R.A. Jones (Cincinnati, OH) allows an operator to hand-load cartons from a seated position at 60 cartons/min.

Suitable for the pharmaceutical, beverage, food, automotive and electronics industries, the machine has a small footprint of 6’x3’. Carton sizes can range from 20 mm to 120 mm (0.8” to 4.7”) in length and 12 mm to 70 mm (0.5” to 2.8”) in height. Five-min changeover requires no tools.
