The superior Human Machine Interface (HMI) capabilities of Orion's new display and control systems allow customers to operate their stretch wrapping systems more efficiently and effectively by simplifying set up, troubleshooting and maintenance.
The new controls and display, provided by Unitronics, also allows users to quickly identify and make needed adjustments or troubleshoot problems.

The Unitronics Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with HMI is a one piece unit which features fewer components and wires to maintain than many systems, which reduces opportunities for maintenance issues.

“The new PLC's will help our customers get maximum flexibility and efficiency from their Orion stretch wrappers,” said Mark Collins, Orion Vice-President of Sales. “At Orion, we pride ourselves in providing our customers with stretch wrapping systems that are easy to operate and maintain while providing secure load containment at the lowest cost per load of stretch film.”

Orion solutions featuring the new Unitronics PLC's will be on display at Pack Expo in Chicago at Booth N4136. For more information about Orion stretch wrapping systems, contact Orion at 800.333.6556 or visit their website at www.orionpackaging.com.
