IMA SAFE combines bottle filler, cottoner, capper and more

Synchronized, integrated, flexible design uses 1/3 the floor space of conventional lines.

IMA SAFE has introduced UNILINE®, a flexible conveying, filling and capping system that utilizes control technologies from B&R Industrial Automation to optimize performance.  UNILINE® integrates complete tablet bottling functionality, including container loading, desiccant insertion, counting and filling, cotton insertion, capping, rejection and coding.

With UNILINE®, every container is unique and identifiable. Each container is positioned inside a dedicated housing on the conveyor, ensuring traceability at every stage of the packaging cycle, from loading to rejection.

No size parts are required for the changeover regardless of container dimensions. The system is also designed to guarantee total visibility and accessibility during this phase, preventing any stray product from becoming hidden on the conveyor line.

The UNILINE® counting line is extremely compact and streamlined, using about a third the floor space of a conventional line.

UNILINE® is an new concept in packaging solid products into containers drawing upon the practical experience of IMA SAFE LINE, IMA SAFE SWIFTPACK and IMA SAFE NOVA.
