Fogg Filler: Clean-in-place skid for filling line

Able to be custom designed for a new filler, or retrofitted to existing filling lines, Fogg Filler’s Clean In Place (CIP) skid mixes, heats, and delivers caustic, and/or other chemicals, and water to clean all product contact parts of a filler for clean in place processes, and recycle as desired.

Most of the controls work and integration is done during manufacturing to reduce the need for on-site integration and save money. Standard features include two 300-gallon tanks, steam heat exchanger, and three chemical dosage pumps. Other options include 1, 2, or 3 tank system, custom tank sizes, a chart recorder of choice, and a single or dual circuit.

CIP skids can be retrofitted to any filling line and are capable of servicing multiple fillers.
