The 400 Series heavy-duty, low-profile belt conveyors from QC Industries (Batavia, OH) feature widths to 60” and lengths to 100’. Available in standard, corrosion resistant, wash-down, and magnetic versions.

Conveyors have load carrying capacities to 1ꯠ lb and can reach speeds to 2ꯠ’/min. Quick belt changes are achieved without removal of drive packages or side rails. A tight belt-to-frame ratio gives conveyors pinch-point protection, company says. Drive bearings are self-aligning and equipped with seals and grease fittings for lubrication while the conveyors are running.
