Sustainability through Fogg's chemical supply & recovery system

Fogg Filler, a market leader in the design and manufacture of rotary filling systems for the liquids industry, is continually focused on improving technology that better serves our customers and the environment.  Fogg’s new Chemical Supply & Recovery System will help you save 96-98.5% of fluid losses for your new or existing line.  This is a savings everyone can appreciate.

Fogg’s Chemical Supply & Recovery System takes chemical and water, filters it, and reuses it.  This dramatically reduces the environmental impact at the same time it lowers the manufacturers operating costs.  The Chemical Supply & Recovery System will pre-mix your specific chemical blend in a tank and then heat it to a prescribed temperature to meet your sanitation requirements.  It is capable of handling a variety of chemical blends including acidic solutions.  Depending on your chemical blend, this process can be easily monitored and controlled by the filler’s PLC to keep production running with confidence.

A typical user shows results like this:
If your filler is running at 120 bpm and your rinser is running at 10-14 gpm you will use approximately 14,400-20,160 gallons of sanitizing fluid every 24 hours.  Without a Chemical Supply & Recovery System, it all goes down the drain.  With a Fogg Chemical Supply & Recovery System, you will only use 300 gallons of sanitizing fluid in 24 hours, nearly eliminating the waste of water and chemical!  That saves nearly 20,000 gallons of water per day and would fill up an Olympic sized swimming pool every four days of operation!  With these savings the system pays for itself in 60-90 days!

You can integrate this Chemical Supply & Recovery System to any line or have the system built directly into your next project.  Each system will be customized to meet your sanitation needs.  Fogg’s proven technology helps lower operating costs and provides the highest level of reliability for your production lines.
