The D3.1 handles package sizes from very small to giant-size packs for
baby diapers. With the help of a commensurate module, large-size
packages can be packed in two rows and two layers simultaneously.
Maximum package dimensions of the machine reach 560 x 500 x 270 mm.
When using the module for one-layer packages, format ranges span from
160 x 120 x 100 to 560 x 500 x 140mm (length x width x height). The
module can be easily integrated into the packaging machine. The D3.1
has no bar conveyors. Instead, robot pushers convey the diaper
formations from the stacker to precompression.
Packaging system for diapers
Optima’s D3.1 packaging machine for diapers provides output of up to 75 packages/min (one-lane version) and 120 packages/min. (two-lane version).
