Domino Amjet (Gurnee, IL) has introduced six USDA-conforming inks for use in the Genesis Singleline and Twinline small-character ink-jet printers. They're acceptable for incidental contact with food products, in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Food Safety and Inspection Service of the USDA.
