The SureTyer(TM) plastic strapping machine from Signode (Glenview, IL) provides simple, low-maintenance operation for high-speed bundling and carton closure applications at speeds to 35 straps/min, depending on package and chute size.

Waist-high automatic loading and single-button operation for strap feeding, cycling and jam clearing simplify operation. May be equipped with company's patented "auto cut-off and refeed" feature. If machine detects a problem in the chute, this feature automatically cuts off the strap and rethreads itself in 6 sec without the need for an operator.
