This machine can be rapidly adapted to specific requirements to meet the demand for small-footprint carton forming machinery. The HS Mini's compact footprint means it’s about half the size of traditional carton formers, yet it retains the same features found in the Bradman Lake HS Former design platform. Features include: forming rates up to 60 cartons or trays/min, quick changeover, and an Allen-Bradley controls platform. Every machine is supplied ready for production as a stand-alone unit or part of a Bradman Lake integrated packaging system

The HS Mini can be tooled to erect different styles of lock and glue form cartons and trays, ranging from standard three-flap or front-flap cartons to turn-over-end cartons to hooded lid cartons, as well as shelf-ready display style cartons that include typical shapes associated with seasonal products.

PACK EXPO Connects – November 9-13. Now more than ever, packaging and processing professionals need solutions for a rapidly changing world, and the power of the PACK EXPO brand delivers the decision makers you need to reach. Attendee registration is open now.

Also featured at PACK EXPO Connects was the RA60 Right-angle, three-flap carton closer and the IL250 carton closer. The RA60 retains Bradman Lake's FCC Flexible rubber fingers that allow for cartons containing products of inconsistent size, protruding above the carton base, to be closed without jamming. It features a tool-less size changeover which significantly reduces downtime and increases productivity for customers that run several different carton sizes. Both the RA60 and the IL250 are built to withstand caustic washdown.
