Conveyor Guide Rails are a ‘Low-Cost, High-Value’ Solution

Features include sustainability with no compressed air, no maintenance, one-time calibration, and secure guide rail positioning.

The system includes corner and side transfers, with a patented guide rail design that provides low-friction container travel.

At PACK EXPO Las Vegas, Septimatech exhibited its Easy Adjust Rails conveyor guide rail system. Among its features, the system does not use compressed air, has no seals, springs, wires, or supply lines subject to wear, damage, or leakage, adapts to tight radius curves, can handle boxes or any size container, is engineered to retrofit to any existing or new conveyor systems, and is interchangeable when a line configuration needs to be modifed.

Septimatch also noted the Easy Adjust Rails are a “low-cost, high-value solution” with a small footprint and a light weight. The system includes corner and side transfers, with a patented guide rail design that provides low-friction, smooth-transfer, non-marking container travel. It is also washdown-compatible, with engineered plastic components that are inert to most caustic solutions and stainless-steel hardware upgradable to 316 stainless steel. Said Septimatech, “Its clean, simple design has curved and angled surfaces that prevent pooling of product and washdown liquids.” In fact, due to its hygienic nature, an upgrade is available to suite pharmaceutical applications.
