The CS30-RT senses the entering case height and signals the tape head to move into position. Active case centering assures that entering cases are centered under the tape head. Active flap folding is more positive than conventional flap plows and top case squaring assures that cases are square as they are sealed. The Micro-Adjust™ function senses cases that are slightly over or under height and makes a final, fractional adjustment to the top tape head position before sealing. These features assure secure and symmetrical case sealing and allow the machine to run reliably and without operator attention. The CS30-RT has options for a lower tape head for simultaneous top and bottom sealing, wash-down components, and stainless steel construction.
