Spiroflow bulk bag fillers feature a coned densification table for fill rate and fill accuracy, as well as densification. The CTE fillers can integrate foil or plastic bag liners, which, following a nitrogen purge and heat-sealing process, can extend the stored life of a variety of products. The units come standard with a pneumatic neck seal that is compatible with the lined bags. The inflation assembly consists of a stainless-steel filling nozzle, food-grade rubber sleeve, pneumatic value, regulator, filter, gauge, and machine-mounted interface components.
