Hammer Packaging was named one of Rochester’s Top Workplaces for 2017 by the Democrat & Chronicle. The annual award program celebrates local businesses based on employee satisfaction.

The Top Workplace lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Hammer ranked five in the large-business category. Hammer also received a Special Award for "Direction" based on standout scores for the question: "I believe this company is going in the right direction."
