Amcor PET Packaging has helped create a custom-designed bottle for a new sports drink that aligns drink manufacturer Calypso with the Umbro sporting goods brand.

The Umbro Pro>Performance is an isotonic sports drink available in both orange and citrus flavors. Both design and product are aimed at active men and women of all ages. The sleek, lightweight PET bottle is hourglass-shaped and is marketed for “on-the-move” drinking. The 500-ml clear bottle incorporates a sports cap and is embossed with the diamond-shaped Umbro symbol. A clear shrink sleeve decorates the lower half of the bottle and depicts a shadowy figure of a runner. The bottle is produced at the Amcor plant in Gresford, UK.
