The FVL 16/48 vf/f/s machine from Hassia USA (Morganville, NJ) fills 4-side-sealed pouches with pumpable food products containing large particulates.

The machine can be configured from 1 to 12 lanes and operates at speeds to 100 cycles/min. Finished packages can range from 2" to 7"L, 1" to 9"W and up to 7 oz in fill volume. Accommodates hot-fill temperatures to 90F. Suitable for pouches of chunky sauces and salsas in home meal replacement kits.
