Allen-Bradley controls have been added to Circle's (Green Bay, WI) vertical and horizontal f/f/s systems for packaging liquids, powders, moist towelettes, medical devices and other small, rigid products in 4-side-sealed pouches.

Machines can be configured electronically (PLC-controlled, servo-driven, with touchscreen operator interface) or mechanically (PLS-controlled and clutch/brake-driven). The electronic configuration allows for storage of multiple products' specifications, all but eliminating changeover time.
