Exopack to acquire Specialty Films & Associates

Exopack, LLC, Spartanburg, SC, has announced that it will acquire the assets of Specialty Films & Associates (SF&A), Hebron, KY.

SF&A will join the Exopack team as a wholly-owned subsidiary and will remain located in Hebron, KY, with plans to expand the facility into a pouch-making center.
