DVT sensors used in KMV units; DVT prepares for Global Business Conference

and KMV Technologies have joined together to provide customers with vision-enabled x-ray imaging technology. The InnerVision x-ray unit employes the DVT SmartImage Sensor to inspect injection-molded parts, liquid levels in nontransparent containers, pharmaceutical tubes, electrical connectors, and more. The DVT Legend 540 camera is built into the unit, making operation easy and efficient, company says.

In other news, DVT is hosting the Seventh Annual DVT Global Business meeting Nov. 2-6 at Squaw Peak Resort in Phoenix, AZ. The meeting will focus on end users and their system integrators. The meeting will be followed by three days of product training and vertical market break-out sessions. DVT has offered a free vision system to more than 100 end users who attend the conference.
