Each pack has a separate base that can take on different shapes specified by the customer, and that consequently determines and supports the look of the overall pack. The base, sleeve, and lid are the basic components. They are complemented by a 3-part screw cap (adapter, pull-tab, and screw cap). Packaging material is supplied in gravure-printed rolls. The carton lid and base are cut by the machine into the shape required, the sleeve and lid are then joined to form a closed tube, it is then sealed to the base to form the carton. The material is composed of paperboard, PE, and aluminum.
