(Vernon Hills, IL) have signed an agreement that will enable Zebra to use Teklynx’s modular, multilanguage software architecture. —Westvaco Corp. (New York, NY) has licensed the rights to market Nocopoi Technologies’ (West Conshohocken, PA) patented authentication, anti-counterfeit and anti-diversion process for primary and secondary packaging. —AGR Intl., Inc. (Butler, PA) has purchased the majority interest in TopWave Industries, Ltd. (Marietta, GA).
