Domino Open House to feature 38 tabletop exhibits

The Digital Printing Spectrum 2016 event will present educational presentations and equipment demonstrations.

The Domino Open House and Digital Printing Spectrum 2016 event will take place May 4 and May 5 at Domino North America headquarters in Gurnee, IL. In addition to educational presentations from industry leaders, innovative equipment demonstrations, and three Q&A panel discussions, there will also be 38 tabletop exhibits.

Tabletop exhibits include companies representing the full spectrum of products and services in label printing including industry associations, cameras/inspection systems, coatings, die makers, finishing, material handling, media/press, press manufacturers, software, substrates/materials, and UV curing.

Presenters at the Domino Open House are industry-leading label printers and market research experts such as Kevin Karstedt (Karstedt Partners), Scott Fisher (Smyth Companies), Kevin Hayes (Outlook Group), Tony Heinl (Repacorp), and Jennifer Dochstader and David Walsh (LPC Inc.). These presenters will discuss how digital printing technology has impacted their business, and the future of digital printing.

Three Q&A panel discussions include finishing partners, substrate and material providers, and label printer/converters. Moderators will guide the Q&A and attendees will hear about the latest innovations, technology, and process improvements to help their business save time and money. Moderators include Steve Katz (Label & Narrow Web), Jay Kaible (FTA), and Dan Muenzer (Constantia). Audience participation is encouraged, and all will have the opportunity to ask questions.

Innovative equipment demonstrations include Domino N610i seven-color digital UV inkjet label press and Domino K600i digital UV ink jet printer. This Open House is a one-day event, duplicated over two days so attendees can choose which day they prefer to attend, either Wednesday May 4th or Thursday May 5th.
