When the cap is pressed down, it breaks the plastic seal that releases the powder into the liquid. Keeping the cap down, the user shakes the bottle to mix the powder with the liquid. The top of the cap is then removed, allowing the user to drink directly from the bottle. The bottle can made to custom sizes and is targeted at pharmaceutical uses.
