The patented Tray-Pak package consists of a corrugated display tray, a top pad, and film overwrap. No cutting of corrugated is required to make the tray shelf-ready. Just open the film, remove the top pad, and place the display trays on the shelf. The corrugated tray can range from just a few inches in height to a full-height size, depending on the specific needs of the container being tray packed. Or a 3-sided tray can be used when full view of the product is required on the store shelf. Fast changeover, the latest in servo drive technology, and heavy-duty NEMA 4x wash-down design are other notable features. Also featured upstream from the Tray-Pak system was the Model MTF 1202 tray former.
