Enercon Industries Corporation is pleased to release a video which gives the industry an inside look at the company’s 50-year journey in becoming a distributor in induction cap sealing and surface treating.
The video features Enercon employees sharing insights on how after 50 years the company’s founding principles are part of everyday life at Enercon. Those principles include:
1) Understanding Customer Applications
2) Building Equipment with Innovative Technology
3) Ensuring Product Quality for Long-Term Reliability
4) Supporting the Customer Long After the Sale
The video also provides access to the company’s Corporate Headquarters in Germantown Wisconsin. The new facility increases Enercon’s manufacturing capacity, expands the team’s research & development laboratories, and offers advanced support capabilities for customers.
“We thank all of our customers for the trust they’ve placed in us over the years," Enercon President and Chief Sales Officer, Ryan Schuelke said. "The new facility is an investment in them. And, if you are not yet an Enercon customer, I encourage you to watch this video and see what Enercon’s employees can do for you.”

Ryan Rodig, Senior Storytelling Video Producer of Gillespie Productions also commented on Enercon’s culture and commitment to the industries it serves.
"I had never heard of Enercon before working with them on this video project," Rodig said. "Not only did I learn a lot about the impact that they make in the world of induction sealing & surface treating, but I also came away very impressed with the passion of their workforce. Our crews have the opportunity to see the behind-the-scenes operations of hundreds of businesses, and it was clear to see why Enercon is a leader in the industries it serves. Employees I spoke with say they go above and beyond to produce the best results for the company and its customers because they know the family-owned business will reciprocate that care with them. It was fun witnessing their positive work environment in person, and it was a pleasure to be part of telling the Enercon story."
