Combo filling and screw capping machine
The FSC50 is a compact, single indexing, intermittent motion machine which will feed, fill, and screw cap. The unit is easy to set up and operate and comes with a built-in rotary unscrambling table, vibratory bowl, cap feeder, no-container/no-fill mechanism, and bottom-up filling.
Cozzoli’s exclusive filling system provides volumetric accuracy of +/- 0.5%. This unit also features a drawback mechanism to eliminate hanging drops at the end of the fill cycle. The liquid contact parts are easy to dismantle for cleaning and sanitizing. This machine is suitable for any liquid product up to 30ml and handles a wide range of closures including pipettes, screw caps, flat and dome caps.
