Cozzoli Machine Co. offers washing, filling, and closing equipment, including the FSV50 Mini Monoblock, the Versa-Fil Rotary Time/Pressure Filler, the RPF Rotary Piston Filler, and the GW24 Ampule and Vial Batch Washer. The company also provides tabletop equipment designed for laboratories and smaller production facilities.

Fast, flexible, and reliable, the RPF Rotary Piston Fillers are automatic machines that accommodate a wide range of containers and products of most viscosities at high production speeds of 600+/min. This series is available in different frame sizes and models,from 4 to 36 filling nozzles. The overhead-driven pistons feature fine fill piston adjustment, achieving ±0.5% fill accuracy. In a quick-change format, these cylinders and pistons are easily removed for cleaning or changeover to other sizes.

The Versa-Fil Time/Pressure Filler is well suited for filling heavy viscosity food products as well as personal care products. The latest developments in nozzle design technology allow efficient filling of lighter products such as saline solutions and cough medicines.
