As the container moves downstream with the conveyor, the servo feed-screw stabilizes the container and drives it through the pre cap and torquing stations. With each function monitored by servo, every component moves within a fraction of a second - allowing for high speed capping without torque errors.

The unit is ideal for all cap types from CR to metal caps and can manage even the most complicated cap shapes and diameters.  Whereas traditional spindle and belt cappers present reject rates as high as 20%, the Secure Chuck Capper has less than 0.03% reject.

Originally designed for the pharmaceutical industry, the Secure Chuck Capper is used across a broad spectrum of industries including; nutraceutical, personal care, food and chemical industries.
