MGS: Card inserter for food, beverages

Suitable for the food and beverage industry, MGS Machine’s PHS SideSerter is a customizable inserter that is able to place backer cards on snack trays at a very specific angle at a speed of 80-120 trays/min.

A flexible design allows the SideSert to be supplied as a stand-alone machine, provided with a conveyor, or fit over an existing line. An open station prior to outsert placement allows for additional functions, such as barcode scanning, greatly reducing waste and rework.
