This increases operator safety and frees up operators for other tasks. Stainless-steel construction is wash-down safe.  The guarding, with roof and lights, reduces the possibility of cap contamination and is OSHA compliant. Fully programmable with an Allen Bradley PLC and touch screen.  May be integrated to a Fogg VSE-18 or VSE-30 cap sorter with an extended hopper for a highly-efficient cap sorting process.  Can be retrofitted to most lines including competitors waterfall cap sorters.
