Wayne Automation: Servo partition inserter

On display from Wayne Automation will be its new SF-400 partition inserter with servo-driven inserter head. The cost-cutting system is said to increase machine speeds while reducing maintenance and setup times.

Servo-controlled inserter head allows easy adjustments through the Panelview controller, significantly reducing the machine's air consumption. Servo technology will also be available as an upgrade to existing Wayne partition inserters, which handle more than 35 partition styles, including multicells and die-cut configurations such as H-beams and triple-Zs.
