Multi-Conveyor is debuting their first-ever PACK EXPO International showing of a unique conveyor system that features a myriad of product transport technologies in one simplistic layout, found in Booth S-3400, front of South Hall. Renowned as a custom (& standard) conveyor manufacturer, this equipment display captures the essence of Multi-Conveyor’s capabilities, although on a very small scale.
The system features several core conveying technologies including:
· Low profile side grip elevator for complete product control
· Stainless Steel gravity decline drop chute
· Dual lane straight running modular plastic belt product turner
· Micropitch seamless transfer between belt types
· Bump turn adjustable economical carton, case and product turner
· PanelView Plus touchscreen total system control
· Side flexing modular plastic belt conveyor
· Side flexing tabletop conveyor
· Adjustable height foot supports
Accompanying the new multi-function conveyor loop will be Multi-Conveyor’s highly requested affordable pre-engineered Slim-Fit. The driving force for this design was the need for a sleek low-profile, sanitary wash down, modular system with a tool-less belt maintenance approach. Made of 100% stainless steel, this adjustable frame footprint comes standard with 3-ply blue wash down belting.
Also showcased in booth S-3400 will be a representative size, cleated Z-Incline commonly used for product control within elevation changes in a smaller footprint. Flighted belts lift and transport materials along steep inclines. Cleats are raised sections positioned on the belting at predetermined intervals determined by the product.
