Multi-Conveyor recently built a 60” diameter, stainless-steel bolted construction rotary unscrambling table for empty containers. The 42” high unscrambling table was designed for product to be manually staged onto a supplied loading table.
Product sweeps through deflector arms that control the cluster of individual products to gently guide product into single file, then side transfer discharge onto the customer’s existing conveyor line.
Rotary unscramblers easily accommodate multiple size container changeovers. This table will easily run the customer’s 16 oz. to 144 oz. empty 4” to 6” diameter by 4” to 11” high bottle sizes, without changing any mechanical equipment parameters on the rotary unscrambler.
Product will transfer off the table using a dead plate transition. By request, the customer will ultimately manage the transfer to their existing line.

Multi-Conveyor’s rotary designs are flexible and effective. Standard(non-custom) diameters are 36", 48" and 60”. Both unscrambling and accumulating rotary tables are typically supplied with an enclosed cabinet using either DC or VFD controllers.
Infeed and discharge unscramblers and accumulators, including reject rotary accumulation tables, are recommended to be designed with a close interface for smooth guided transfers.
