Production data, including projected output versus actual, can be displayed on large screen monitors in the retort room, prompting corrective action by shift personnel. Data comparing shifts can also be displayed in real time. The OEE system can automatically alert Allpax remote support services, should output fall below a predefined level. Real time data can be accessed by mobile devices through cloud-based computing. Host computers archive OEE information, making data available for productivity analysis. For greater ease of use, customers can specify the layout of OEE dashboards.
