Unit is designed to discharge bulk bags into customer's existing process. Unit features an integral hoist, monorail, and the Spider-Lift™ bag lifting frame. Unit includes the Flo-Master™ bag massaging system for positive material flow, while the Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber allows optimal access to the bag discharge spout.
Unit includes an incline flexible screw conveyor with a stainless steel hopper that features a material agitator and fluidizing pads. Inlet hopper also includes a quick release end cap for auger removal and cleaning. 304 stainless steel pneumatic tubing is standard on all MTS bulk bag dischargers.
