Unit features an electric chain hoist with motorized trolley, monorail, and Spider-Lift™ bulk bag lifting frame with a debris catch pan. Equipment framework constructed from 304 stainless steel structural tube, capped ends, continuously TIG welded. Unit features the exclusive Flo-Master™ bulk bag massaging system, the Flo-Lock™ discharge gate for partial bag discharging, the Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber, and the Sure-Seal™ bag spout clamping system for dust-tight discharge. Unit includes a custom stainless steel discharge transition with a flexible connection to a 304 stainless steel surge hopper. Surge hopper has a 15 cubic feet calculated capacity and a product return line for existing dust collection system.
