Sanitary, no-tube penetration design features welded stand-offs for mounting components to facilitate convenient equipment cleaning in a wash down environment. Unit framework constructed from 304 stainless steel structural tube, capped ends, continuously TIG welded. Unit features a Flo-Lock™ discharge gate for partial bag discharging, a Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber, and a Sure-Seal™ bag spout clamping system for dust-tight discharge. Custom sanitary design allows “tool-less” removal and disassembly of product zone components for rapid sanitation.
