The conveyor uses any Ishida weigher to suit fresh, frozen or dry
product applications. The weigher deposits each product into a
diverting timing hopper centered over the Progressive Pack Conveyor.
The conveyor has 2 flighted center belts to accept product charges, and
independent variable speed packing conveyors on each side. Operators
remove a product and arrange it in trays on the outer packing belts,
which then carry the product trays to sealing equipment. Greatly reduces
product giveaway and improves versatility of hand-packing operations.
