The HL8000’s soft turning conveyor section uses variable frequency drives to turn and arranges beverage cases with no product impact. The modular layer accumulation sections are used to obtain speeds up to 150 cases per minute (CPM) while palletizing 12-pack beverage cases in 16-case patterns. Additional features include the latest programmable logic controls and motion controls for easy operation. A variable-speed, servo-driven hoist provides precise control while obtaining high speeds and ensures product is not damaged.

Like all Columbia machinery, the HL8000 palletizer features rugged, heavy-duty construction, and is designed for easy maintenance. It also features a clean design for sanitary food environments.

For more than 40 years, Columbia Machine has manufactured high level, floor level, and robotic palletizers and accessories in the USA. They feature setup flexibility, upgradeable designs and speeds ranging from 10 to 200 CPM. All Columbia palletizers are backed by 24-hour customer support and parts service.
