EBS utilizes either the MPS 6000 Series continuous rotary band sealers or Fusion 5 Series hot-air sealers for the sealing process. Variable speed, pressure, and digital temperature controls create high-quality, hermetic seals with a standard seal with alternative seal widths. Coding units and conveyors are optional features. At speeds from 18 bags/min, system has an automatic bag opening feature.
